New York Times Best SellerOver 5 million copies soldFor David Goggins, childhood was a nightmare -- poverty, prejudice, and physical abuse colored his days and haunted his nights. But through self-discipline, mental toughness, and hard work, Goggins transformed himself from a depressed, overweight young man with no future into a U.S. Armed Forces icon and one of the world's top endurance athletes. The only man in history to complete elite training as a Navy SEAL, Army Ranger, and Air Force Tactical Air Controller, he went on to set records in numerous endurance events, inspiring Outside magazine to name him "The Fittest (Real) Man in America."In Can't Hurt Me, he shares his astonishing life story and reveals that most of us tap into only 40% of our capabilities. Goggins calls this The 40% Rule, and his story illuminates a path that anyone can follow to push past pain, demolish fear, and reach their full potential.

Matching silver metal frames with acid-free mats and UV-resistant glass. A great collectible and gift for the wall of any comic book or Spider-Man enthusiast. This was not a commercially available product - the materials were compiled by this dealer and professionally framed. New York City scientist Mark Raxton could not wait to use his skills to become rich, and once worked at Oscorp Industries as the laboratory assistant to Dr. Spencer Smythe, creator of the Spider-Slayers. Raxton and Smythe developed an experimental new liquid metallic alloy for the Spider-Slayers from a radioactive meteor, but Raxton attempted to steal it and sell it for his own profit. In the ensuing fight with Smythe in the laboratory, Raxton spilled the liquid alloy all over himself, his skin absorbing it and turning golden. Fearing for his life, Raxton ran for the nearest hospital, only to discover that the alloy had changed him for the better, when he angrily punched an irate motorist's hood, buckling it. Realizing the great potential of his new abilities, Raxton, now calling himself the Molten Man, turned to crime to further his monetary gains. Enter Peter Parker. A character based on Molten Man is rumored to be a villain in a forthcoming feature film called Spider-Man: Far from Home. Condition: the only blemish to report is wear to the top edge of the cover of ASM #133, surface wear to the cover, and two creases in the bottom right corner.
