About the Author:
Clare Beaton is a highly sought-after London-based creator of children's picture books. Her studio is a treasure trove of felt, sequins, buttons, antique fabrics and other recycled materials that she incorporates into her artwork. Clare has illustrated a number of titles with Barefoot Books, including Playtime Rhymes for Little People (HC: 1-84148-425-3) Mother Goose Remembers (HC + CD: 1-84686-002-4) and Zoe and her Zebra (HC: 1-902283-64-3; BB: 1-84148-392-3).
