While Robert becomes consumed with a desire to expose the people at the heart of the criminal conspiracy, neglects his wife and is unfaithful to her, Bonnie lusts for more spice in her sexual life and falls into the arms of three men, one a young buck at the heart of the conspiracy, another older renowned artist, and the third, a student much younger then herself and her and Robert’s lives change forever. The story begins when Bonnie and Robert meet in their Freshman Year at the University of Michigan in the mid-1960’s, fall in love, marry and develop a lust for all things European and ends with their lives dramatically changed and leading them in totally different directions.
