About the Author:
Dr. Rob Bell is a noted Sport Psychology coach and is a certified consultant of AASP (Association for Applied Sport Psychology). This is his 4th book on Mental Toughness.
He was the mental coach for the 2013 USTA National Champion and sport psychology coach for University of Notre Dame. He has also coached extensively to businesses, universities, and corporate athletes including, Marriott, Walgreens, Morgan Stanley, among many others.
He has PGA credentials as a Sport Psychology consultant, caddies, and specializes in coaching the mental game with athletes at all levels. A sought after speaker, he presents his research and applied experience at conferences and clinics across the nation.
Bill Parisi is one of the founding fathers of youth performance training. His company Parisi Speed School has over 85 national locations and has worked with over 600,000 youth athletes and 130 NFL draft picks. Bill was a 2x NCAA Division I Track & Field All-American and qualified for the 1988 Olympic Trials in the javelin throw.
