About the Author:
Julie Mammano is a freelance artist and illustrator who lives and works in Southern California. In preparation for her books, Julie has learned to surf, snowboard, skateboard and most recently, how to play soccer.

Team Rhino meets the multicreature All-Stars on the field for a head-over-heels, action-packed match. The play-by-play account of the game, consisting almost entirely of colorful soccer jargon (defined in a glossary) is matched in energy and exuberance by watercolors featuring appealing, stylized rhinos running, kicking, and leaping against swirling, patterned, summery backgrounds of sky and flower-strewn lawn.
