We are traditionally trained psychologists who, over a collective 40 years of clinical experience, have worked with talk therapy, the exploration of childhood and adult experiences, dreams, hypnosis, and other approaches to help our clients. We have always looked for methods that are safe, effective, and as rapid as possible. Never before have we seen or experienced a more powerful method that fits the above criteria than the thought energy therapy we describe in this book. In our clinical practice we have seen a 95% success rate with these methods.
We have written this book to share with as many people possible this exciting and, in many ways revolutionary new approach to emotional control. This does not mean an end to conventional therapies, however, it has the ability to eliminate unproductive emotional distress which can help people manage their lives more effectively. We want to share this knowledge and the method with as many people as are interested and open to a new way of dealing with emotions. We believe that this technique can be a sort of 'emotional first aid' and much more for everyone. We call this technique Emotional Self-Management and have taken our clinical experience and put forth a procedure than anyone who can follow simple instructions with photographs and illustrations can use and benefit from. In addition to a method to release unproductive emotional distress the method provides a way to install positive thoughts and confidence.
This method uses healing knowledge that is several thousand years old (on which acupuncture is based) and modern understanding of the role of thoughts on our emotions and that emotions are located in the mind AND the body. The procedure works by tapping specific locations on your body (while thinking about the target problem) to release the trapped emotional energy. Anyone can learn it in a short time, people from infants to adults can benefit, it is totally portable, works virtually instantly, and there are no unpleasant side effects.
We are very excited to be able to make this tool available and accessable for everyone to use for themselves to be in control of the day-to-day emotional stresses of life. We welcome feedback and readers or potential readers are invited to visit the website for the book.
