About the Author:
Mark L. Russell, Ph.D., (editor) is the cofounder of Russell Media (www.russell-media.com). He has published over 70 academic and popular level publications. Mark has taught at eight universities in five countries, including Asbury Theological Seminary, George Fox University and Bakke Graduate University. He has lived and worked in Russia, Chile and Germany and traveled to over 70 countries.
