About the Author:
Lynn Plourde is the author of many acclaimed picture books, including Winter Waits, Wild Child, Pigs in the Mud in the Middle of the Rud, and Moose, of Course! She remembers many wonderful snow days growing up in Maine when the snow reached to the tops of telephone poles. Lynn still enjoys the magic of being snowbound with her husband and three children on top of the ridge where they live in Winthrop, Maine!
