About the Author:
Jennings is the Director of the Joan and David Lincoln Center for Applied Ethics at Arizona State University where she has twice been named professor of the year in the College of Business. She earned her J.D. from Brigham Young University. Ms. Jennings has served as a consultant to many organizations including Dial Corporation, Motorola and State Farm. She is the author of six texts including Business: Its Legal, Ethical, and Global Environment, a frequent contributor to the Wall Street Journal, and a legal commentator for National Public Radio.
